The Busy Practitioner's Guide To Student-Edited Law Journals
Experts assess key articles from the second half of 2008
The response to our first “The Busy Practitioner's Guide to Student-Edited Law Journals” was so positive, we decided to do it again. As we'd hoped, wealth advisors found it helpful to have us figure out for them which student-edited law review articles might be useful, or at least interesting to practicing estate planners.
Led by Alison Shea, adjunct professor of law and librarian at Fordham University School of Law in New York, we identified 10 articles among all the law review articles that appeared in journals from July 2008 to December 2008. Our previous “Review of Reviews,” covered January to June and appeared in the February 2009 issue of the magazine.
