This increases the likelihood that resentful beneficiaries will cause an enormous increase in trust litigation. But this can be avoided by learning to appreciate the beneficiaries. And by that I mean everything from merely considering the beneficiaries' point of view to actually engaging them in the planning process.
Boomers in the United States are worried that their wealth will harm the next generation, robbing them of initiative and spoiling them. The solution? Restrictive trusts and incentive trusts.
